Shipping & delivery at Smykish
Delivery time is valid from the dispatch of the package. All our jewelery is handmade, so it can take up to 3 working days before your order is dispatched.
Delivery options:
- PostNord Collect : 2-3 working days after dispatch, DKK 45 // trackable and insured.
- ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING on purchases over DKK 450.
We endeavor to pack and deliver your ordered packages within 3 days. PostNord is then responsible for getting the package to you safely. As a customer, you will receive an email when your order has been sent and is on its way to you.
Parcels sent with PostNord Collect can be tracked all the way to the parcel shop. When the package is sent, you will receive a message via SMS or email, and again when the package can be picked up at the nearest parcel shop. You can always track your package by entering the package's tracking number here .
If the package does not appear within the expected delivery time, you can contact PostNord's customer service on tel: +45 70707030 and then contact us by email so that we are aware of the non-delivery.
PostNord Collect packages are all insured. In case of damage or loss of the package, a compensation case is started 30 days after the package has been requested. When the case has been processed by PostNord, the order will be forwarded to you again. Money cannot be refunded before return. You can read more about PostNord's delivery conditions on their website.
ATTENTION! Please note that PostNord does not deliver on weekends or public holidays, which may result in longer delivery times. If the package does not reach you, a possible Returning the order is done after contacting PostNord.
General Delivery Terms:
We ship orders to Denmark and the rest of the world. We offer shipping prices from DKK 45. PostNord delivers the parcel to the nearest available parcel shop from the specified delivery address. If there is no space at the drop-off point, the package will be moved to the nearest drop-off point, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, contact customer service at the delivery company.
On receipt of an obviously damaged package, please contact the appropriate delivery company.
